For example, in 2010, 75% of the approved FDI projects were located in Port Vila, Vanuatu’s capital. It has been the long-term strive for the government to ensure fair national service delivery to all its provinces.
The zoning of selected areas, currently in progress within these provinces will expand investment into these provinces rather than concentrating in the two urban centers. This is where resources for the productive sectors are located.
