VIPA now has information packages that is readily available on the different processes of setting up in Vanuatu. Relevant information on the different departments involved in the 7 step process and information on FDI trends as well as corporate information. Remember to ask for an information pack or talk with an officer for more information on the processes.
The package is available for all clients at the front counter.

This is one of the achievement’s as part of implementing the OSS initiative and supporting previous announcements made by the Government. When the original idea emerged, the Government commented that the OSS initiative will be a a big relief for the business community and, of course, the general members of the public at large.

“For business community at large, yes and foreign investors, not to exclude locals as well, because you walk into that “One-Stop-Shop” and get every thing done within the same premises. You don’t waste fuel, you do not waste time, the hustles of running around every-where just to get one document completed is minimized,” says a local business man who commented on the Government initiative of setting up a one-stop-shop.

While VIPA as the agency taking the lead on this policy initiative appreciates the challenge ahead, it is committed to making every efforts to see progress on this policy. It counts highly on the support its partners will provide.
