Thanks to our online registry system that allows us to engage with our customers online especially in crisis like this that allows us to maintain our friendly and timely support service to our customers.

The first quarter of each year is critical for VFIPA as annual surveys from its customers is due and meeting in person with customers is expected. Especially regarding how to use the online system to file their returns or register for a new application.

Our friendly staff are providing normal customers service to our customers at ease which they really appreciated – no queuing, no hassle and misplacing of documents and assistance (hands-on or advice) is provided on first visit.

Support to those affected – Our due date for the annual surveys is 28 February 2025 and we have facilitated 15% of the total surveys to date. A reduced fee of 50% provided has been a relief to our customers including proposing alternative options to cater for missing documents such as VAT due to the earthquake for a complete annual survey processing.
