Policy advocacy is one of the key roles for the Agency. By providing evidence-based policy analysis, we help our board of directors, Director General and Minister responsible for investment make informed decisions.

We achieve this through the reports we produce (annually, quarterly and on an ad-hoc basis) investment tends and characteristics, investor grievances, position papers and policy briefs. Also included are initiatives the Agency has taken lead in aimed at enhancing the country's ecosystem. With these reports, possible solutions to existing investors facing major challenges and the investment climate in general can be identified and addressed.

Included in these reports are recommendations, which we consider necessary for urgent attention demonstrates the Agency's commitment  to enhancing the country's business environment.
