The island of Aore is fast becoming Vanuatu's hot spot for international visitors, particularly those who are looking for a quiet and relaxing environment. Located just 5 minutes away by boat from the northern town of Luganville; frequent visits by visitors to an from Luganville is not a big deal. This ideal resort location is in close proximity to the main ports of the northern town of Luganville. The Pekoa international airport and Luganville cruise port is jst 10 mins drive by water and land taxi.
The town of Luganville is approximately 3 kms across the channel, with Pekoa International airport located 5kms from the town. Direct flights from Pekoa international airport to Brisbane (Australia) are now available and now takes less than 2.5 hrs. Other international departure points arrive via Port Vila, with a 1 hour connection to Pekoa. It is the north of the North archepelago, approximately 200 km from the capital of Port Vila.
